Christine Grimm has 20 years experience helping executives change and grow organizations while accelerating their efforts and execution of organizational priorities and goals.

Christine partners with both start-ups and mature organizations to build strategy, develop organizational structures and culture, and to ensure that leaders are able to propel business into the future. As a practice leader in the area of alignment, she has led major endeavors to merge organizations, blend leadership teams, move dysfunctional, young and emerging organizations forward, and build strategic alignment,ensuring thatboth individuals and functional groups focus on performance, and move in cadence with other parts of the company.

A popular speaker and guest lecturerer, Christine is the co-author of Training, Teaching, Transforming (Piccadilly Press, 2005) a text being applied in both corporate train-the-trainer and graduate level teacher education programs nation wide.

She received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, in Social Science and Education, where she also earned a Secondary Teaching Credential for the State of California. She attended graduate programs at University of California, Santa Barbara. She is currently the President of the Pepperdine Alumni Leadership Council and an advisory board member for the Institute for Human Resources& Organizational Leadership.

Christine has earned her professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is an IskillsZone Conflict Management trainer and one of an elite group certificated to administer the VMAVI, core values inventory by Value Mentors, LLC. Christine is also certified as a master trainer of the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior Model by Inscape Publishing. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
