Shar is an accomplished woman. An author, managing director of an international consulting business, a professional axiologist, values mentor and a mother, in a modern family with three teenagers, (two sons and a step daughter).

Shar is one of the few female Thought Leader Partners and is a founding member and lead coordinator of the “How to build a Village” project.

Shar has focused her values work on ways for women to become clear about what they really want from their life and finding ways to manifest those ‘things’ for themselves.
