Managing Director of Creating Synergy, Ron McLean holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialist stream in Human Resources, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and an Accredited Values Consultant.

Ron had run his own communications company for 10 years prior to spending 6 years as General Manager of a large registered club with over 200 staff. He is renowned for the successful turnaround of that club taking it from a loss of $1.4 million before he arrived to significant profits in the years he was the manager. He has implemented successful change management and cultural change strategies in these organisations.

His focus now is Creating Excellence in Business, Service and People through the strategies he had implemented in his previous roles. Creating Synergy has developed a unique range of Business and Personal Development Strategies, including Business Excellence Reports, Human Resource Development Tools, Customer Service Strategies, Personal and professional development programs and Training Initiatives.
