Rachel has worked in learning and development for over 15 years with a focus on workplace learning.  She has developed and facilitated short-courses, full day and multi-day programs which focus on personal and group leadership, skill and role mastery and career progression.

In her role as Senior Learning Specialist, Rachel combines her passion for learning with her Masters in Education  and undergraduate degree in Information Management.  She has led many exciting learning and knowledge programs for the nearly 700 strong workforce.  Rachel is an Accredited FranklinCovey 7 Habits Facilitator, Belbin Team Roles Consultant and Minessence Values Consultant.
