I have over 20 years experience in the public sector, front-line, management and programme leadership roles. Recently I have enjoyed developing Wellbeing Teams. It brought together my passion for building new and better communities and ways of working , with my talent for developing people and sustainable organisations. I am excited to collaborate and share our learning with the wider health and care community. I continue to provide coaching and development to executive and system leaders, and support them to lead real transformational change. I am passionate about developing ways of collaborating in health and care that recognise communities as health generating, provide organisational structures that support people to grow and do what matters and develop people that can provide leadership and stewardship in this environment. I have a reputation for working collaboratively with individuals and organisations to make things happen. Its important to me to achieve sustainable, meaningful outcomes that add significant value for my clients and maximize the collective benefit to the community and wider system.
I am an experienced leader, manager and practitioner. My experience spans the health & social care sector. I have also worked in criminal justice, education and with regional and national bodies such as the NHS leadership Academy, AHSNs and NHSIQ. I am a qualified project manager, executive coach and registered social worker with significant experience of managing complex improvement and change programmes and developing distributed leadership to deliver system change.
