Sarah is deeply intrigued by the art of leadership and its power to harness the human imagination, creativity and capability to create what is needed by society in the form of enterprise, whether it be for profit or otherwise.  She continually pursues expanding her repertoire of skills as an advisor, consultant, mentor, facilitator, speaker, trainer and executive coach to bring what she can to the equation when working with her clients. She loves a conundrum and uses her finely honed ability for spotting maximum leverage points in businesses, people and organisations.

Over the past 30 years Sarah has worked at executive and board levels in many multinational organisations, government departments and small businesses in the areas of:

  • Strategic leadership advice and mentoring
  • Organisational change and issue resolution
  • Collaboration and effective group dynamics
  • Executive coaching

She has been providing advice and executive coaching services for over 30 years on both personal leadership effectiveness and business influence strategies to Board Directors, CEOs, MD, senior executives and high potential talent. Sarah was on the AICD faculty for 10 years specifically regarding leadership effectiveness in the boardroom. She enjoyed being a facilitator of the Mastering the Boardroom course for AICD.
