Karynne Courts has been inspiring and coaching leaders for over a decade. Working across Australia and internationally, Karynne has designed and implemented programs for both corporate and government sectors. She has worked with organisations such as Westpac, The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO), Bidvest, and Westfield. A Master Accreditor in Values for the Minessence Group, Karynne’s pioneering work is highly respected by her peers and clients. Karynne facilitates the highly acclaimed Visionary Leadership Program as well as regularly developing and facilitating programs for different organisations. Her recent book Journey to the Blue Road is an inspirational book blending her rural upbringing with her work in leadership and her experiences with life.

Having spent her childhood years on a sheep station of about eighty thousand acres in north-west New South Wales, Karynne has a unique ability to integrate the Outback Wisdom with which she was surrounded as a child, with the corporate leadership programs she develops.

Accredited in Barrett CorpTools, The Leadership Circle, Denison Culture & Leadership assessments, and a Master Accreditor with The Minessence Group’s Australian Values Inventory processes, Karynne is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she brings leading edge research and technologies to her clients. Karynne is the founder and Managing Director of ValuesConnection Pty Ltd and in addition to leadership and Values she is passionate about music, art, books, bushwalking, and writing. She lives in Australia and has two adult daughters and two extremely spoilt dogs.
